AOLLD's Vision
To ensure that members of QQ are wearing clean clothes that are freshed, fragranced, stain-free and shined to uphold the image and reputation of themselves at the international level.
AOLLD's Mission
To ensure that all dirty and used clothes are being processed in the laundry properly so that members of QQ will have access back to their high-quality, fragranced and cleaned clothes in a short amount of time.

1. Wash Clothes

AOLLD will pick up the clothes from the basket at the allocated rooms/toilets to be washed. AOLLD will ensure that clothes are washed on the same day or before the next day morning. AOLLD also ensures that clothes are washed using high-quality detergent, long-lasting fragrance with lesser water and electricity usage.

After clothes are being washed and fragranced, it will be dried out. Clothes that are still wet will remain hanging until they are dried. Using sustainable methods like sunlight, clothes can dry faster and the sunlight can help to slightly reduce any wrinkles on clothing.
3. Fold Clothes
3. Fold Clothes
Once clothes are done, it will be folded (except clothes that uses hanger) and placed in baskets based on the assigned room owner. AOLLD then deliver these clothes and place it outside the room door. Room owners will then collect the clothes within 24 hours before the basket is recollected by AOLLD.
Our laundry time commitment by June 2027
After-trip clothes will be processed within 60 hours
Clothes will be processed within 48 hours on normal days
Clothes will be processed within 24 hours on public/school holidays
Mat/Pet Towel will be processed within 1 week if basket is full or since insufficient fresh mat/towel
How can we ensure fast laundry process?
We increase the numbers of people working for laundry community service.
We follow a strict schedule to ensure that all clothes are processed within a short amount of time.
We negotiate with the Hammer of Justice (HOJ) to offer more offenders sentenced to unpaid community services to serve in AOLLD.
If there is an issue regarding laundry in QQ Care Centre, we will offer immediate tender at competitive pricing to ensure clothes can be process quickly.
